Refund Policy
Normal Customer
Unless otherwise specified for damaged or stained products, customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item. Customers may then choose any other product replacement. No monetary refund is allowed. If the price of the product chosen is higher than the damaged products, the customers shall top-up the difference in price. Shipping fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Reseller
Unless otherwise specified for damaged or stained products, customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item. If customers decided not to replace any other products, we shall only refund customer credit to customer’s account balance. No monetary refund is allowed.
