1. General Question
1.1 Do I need to email you to confirm whether the stock is available in your online catalog?
No, you do not need to email us to confirm the stock availability. When the online catalog shows "Out of stock", it means there is no stock currently. Otherwise, the item is available for you to purchase.

1.2 The items I am interested is sold out / out of stock, are they restock-able?
Yes, most of the items here are restock-able , it normally takes 1 to 2 weeks of duration to restock. Only product that uploaded more than half a year will probably stop production and can't restock anymore.

1.3 Do you have a physical shop I can purchase from?
Yes, please click on the Location Map for more information.

1.4 Are all your items all ready stocks?
Yes, if the product is categorized in a Ready Stock section are all available.

1.5 Will the items look exactly as in the pictures?
Our product quality is good relatively to many our rivals. Around 70% of our products are the same as the photos, other 30% imitate from fashion magazines.Our products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market.

1.6 Can I have more discount if I purchase in bulk?
Yes, you can have more discount if you purchase in bulk, please click Member Discount for more info.

1.7 Do have an office telephone number or other contact method?

1.8 Can you provide us the wholesale price?
All the prices stated at our website are wholesale price. You need to place an order with minimum of 10 items in order to enjoy for the wholesale price stated at our website.

1.9 Is there any charges apply when we register an account at your website?
No. There is no additional registration fee apply.

2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 What shipping method is available for Malaysian? How much is it?
We are using Skynet and Pos Laju for West Malaysia buyer, whereby East Malaysia buyer we used Pos Laju and Pos Registered only. Please click Shipping & Delivery for more information on the postage service and fees.

2.2 Do you provide COD and where can we meet up?
Yes COD is available, but strictly available at our showroom located at Klang only.

2.3 When will my items be shipped?
Item will be ship out on the same day if payment is done before 11am daily. Payment after 11am will be shipped out the following day.

2.4 When will I receive my items after payment is made?
Items will reach you in 1-3 working days (upon delivery) after payment is made. For further information on delivery time please click Shipping & Delivery.

2.5 Is Dropship service available? How to use it and register?
Yes dropship service is available in ezytred and you may registered as Ezytred member in order to use our DropShip service. Please click DropShip Tutorial Video as a guide.

2.6 Are you going to put my address as sender on the consignment note if I am a reseller?
Yes. Your shipping address will be printed at the Sender column on the consignment note.

3. Payment Inquiry
3.1 What payment methods is available?
We accept Maybank, CIMB bank, Public bank, and Ipay88 online Credit Card payment. Whereby international buyer can also make payment to us through DBS(Singapore Bank), ANZ(Australia Bank), HSBC(Includes USA, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand Bank), and Paypal.

3.2 Do I need to provide evidence after I make payment ?
Yes, you need to email us your payment details as below. However, if you do a direct deposit(ATM Machine) to make payment, a photo of the receipt is needed and email to payment@ezytred.com

3.3 What should I do after made payment?
You need to email us the payment details as we requested. Once payment details is received, we will arrange the shipment to be deliver ASAP and notify you with a Delivery Note through email.

4.1 What about returns and exchanges?
We do accept return and exchange, please click Stock Return Policy for more info.

4.2 Where can I complain if I have problem after receiving the package?
You can file a complain at sales@ezytred.com and we will get our admin to reply you within 24hrs.

4.3 Do you offer exchange or refund if the item received is defective or incorrect?
Yes we will offer an exchange and replacement for defective item or wrongly delivered item, but not a refund. Please click Stock Return Policy for more info.

5. International Order
5.1 Do you accept international order?
Yes we do.

5.2 What shipping methods is available for international delivery?
We are using FedEx as the express courier service and Pos Registered as the economic courier service for international delivery. Click Shipping and Delivery for the shipping charges and methods.

5.3 What payment methods do you offer for international buyer?
We offer various payment methods for our international buyer using paypal, HSBC(includes USA, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia), DBS(Singapore Bank), ANZ(Australia Bank), and Credit Card(Master and Visa).

6. Order Inquiry
6.1 How do i place an order?
Kindly register an account and login to place order at our website www.ezytred.com and also visit our HOW TO PURCHASE page for step-by-step guides. (SMS order is not accepted)

6.2 How long is the reservation period for the order i placed?
The Maximum reservation period is only 5 days. Reservation will be cancelled without notice if payment is not made after 5 days period.

6.3 What happen if I place order but do not proceed for payment within a period of time?
Item that has been placed order will be reserved for 5 days for further payment by user. After this period, the order would be cancelled and the item will be available for other customers to purchase.

6.4 Is there a minimum purchase quantity I must buy?
Yes ,Minimum of 10pcs per order of ready stock items must be purchase. (Design can be mix from all categories)

6.5 Do we need to register an account to place order?
Yes. You need to register an account at our website regardless of joining as our normal customer or reseller.

6.6 Can I add item or edit quantity at my order after I have make payment?
Order is not allow to change once payment is updated and delivery note is generated.
